Our organization seeks a skilled Manual Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing manual testing, reviewing test plans with product management and development teams, and providing estimates on test resources and effort to support prioritization and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product requirements to define acceptance criteria.
- Design, create, and maintain reusable test scripts.
- Execute manual testing according to defined procedures.
- Review Test Plans with Product Management and Development teams.
- Provide estimates on Test resources and effort to support prioritization and planning.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools.
- Minimum 1 year experience (SEO agency experience preferred).
- Work closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Participate as a testing resource when required and be an integral part of all releases.
- Assist with constantly reviewing and evolving processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a skilled individual with the following qualifications:
- Desire to gain experience in testing.
- Experience in the development of automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Practical knowledge and experience with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
