Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Overview:

We are seeking a recent graduate to join our operations team and gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management.

The successful candidate will undergo structured training across various functions, gaining valuable insights into the industry while contributing to key business processes.

Responsibilities:On-Ground Experience in Operations:
  • Assist in managing daily operations at terminals and depots.
  • Support the team in coordinating cargo movements and warehouse management.
  • Learn processes of inbound/outbound freight, documentation, and inventory management.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards using data analytics tools.
MS Office Expertise:
  • Use MS Excel to manage operational data and generate data insights.
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations to present findings and operational updates.
Presentation & Communication:
  • Prepare and present reports on terminal and depot operations to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and identify improvements.
Project Support:
  • Assist in special projects related to terminal operations and warehouse efficiency.
  • Work under the supervision of senior team members to achieve project goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Learning & Development:
  • Participate in training programs focused on logistics and industry best practices.
  • Actively seek learning opportunities to understand logistics workflows and supply chain management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Bachelor's Degree (BA, BBA, B.Com, BSC)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics
  • Interest or prior exposure to logistics is a plus
  • Willingness to work in on-ground roles at terminal and depot locations
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present complex data and operations insights in a clear manner
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and offer solutions for operational improvements
  • Learning Attitude:
  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic operational environment
