Job Title: Performance Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure the optimal performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive performance testing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Develop and execute performance tests using JMeter and LoadRunner
  • Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement optimization recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing and optimization
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in performance testing with expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner
  • Proficient in using APM tools like Dynatrace and Splunk
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
