About this opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioinformatics Specialist with a strong background in clinical projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise across multi-omics data types and have experience working with electronic health records (EHRs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex biological data to derive actionable insights using state-of-the-art statistical methods.
  • Develop and optimize tools, pipelines, and algorithms for the analysis and visualization of omics data.
  • Collaborate with a team of data scientists and bioinformaticians to translate customer requirements into innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to foster growth and nurture relationships.

Qualifications:

  • PhD or Masters in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related field with 0-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in processing and analyzing omics data to derive insights.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Hands-on experience applying computational algorithms and statistical methods to big data.
  • Track record of successful collaboration and independent work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience with EHR integration for clinical research.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in biomedical data analysis.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies and scalable computing platforms.
