Biopharmaceutical Researcher

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our research team as a Biopharmaceutical Researcher. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing pharmacokinetics (PK) studies for antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs from discovery through Investigational New Drug (IND)-enabling stages.

• The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in quantifying biologics, including antibodies, therapeutic proteins, ADCs, and peptides using Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), Mass Spectrometry Detector (MSD), and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) platforms.
• You will need to demonstrate expertise in advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.
• A strong foundation in pharmacokinetic principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences, is essential.
• You must have excellent communication skills, innovation capabilities, and team leadership qualities.
• In addition, you will be required to author and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), study protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation to support both Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and non-GLP studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute PK studies for ADC and mAb programs
• Analyze complex PK data to provide actionable insights to cross-functional project teams
• Represent DMPK functions in internal and external meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to address ADC-related challenges and deliver integrated solutions
• Author and review SOPs, study protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation

Requirements:

• 12-15 years of experience in pharmacology, pharmaceutical analysis, or biochemistry, or a Ph.D. with 5 years' experience
• Expertise in PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences
• Proficiency in advanced bioinformatics tools
• Excellent communication, innovation, and team leadership skills
