Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator

About us:

We bring data, design, and technology together to ignite the fan experience. Our team is responsible for providing live on-air air graphics to leading sports and news channels.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business of our operations department while balancing various business lines such as business analysis, vendor management, risk management, and project planning.

Your tasks will include ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget, managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and coordinating with project managers, stakeholders, and clients.

  • Design end-to-end project plans with our Operations Team
  • Knowledge of Scrum Framework
  • Oversee project planning, long-term planning, project status reporting
  • Coordinate with our sales team for kit calendar and project planning
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors
  • Observe systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments and suggest opportunities for improvement or revision
  • Collaborate with back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, ability to work in creative and dynamic environments, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a professional and positive attitude. You must also be flexible and willing to respond to frequent out-of-hours problems.
