Job Overview

We are seeking a senior QA professional to lead our testing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team and take on a leadership role.

  • Create comprehensive test strategies and test cases that are aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable test framework components.
  • Estimate testing effort based on user stories and provide input during sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of testing activities.
  • Implement test automation programs using Java, Ruby, SQL and scripting languages.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Proven experience with Java, Selenium, Test NG, Cucumber, Strong SQL, AWS (desired), and test automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong influencing/negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal/relationship skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
