Job Description

The ELA teacher is responsible for educating students at all levels. You will use various learning resources and platforms provided by us, aligned with our learning objectives. Your teaching methodology should be innovative, interactive, and experiential. You will collaborate with program managers to ensure Key Results Areas (KRAs) are met consistently.

You will teach online classes, assign homework, and conduct periodic assessments. All tasks will be executed online on our platforms, so you must be technical savvy. Your role includes helping students develop skills in reading, writing, language, vocabulary, and spelling. You will engage your students, answer their queries, and identify their strengths and weaknesses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need one year of online teaching experience. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. We prefer candidates who are adaptable, patient, and enthusiastic about teaching.

Working Schedule

Our working days are Tuesday to Friday, Saturday to Sunday. Monday is a day off. The regular schedule includes weekdays from 03:30 AM to 09:30 AM (5 slots) and weekends from 08:30 PM to 12:30 AM (4 slots). Catch-ups or Parent-Teacher Meetings take place from 04:30 AM to 08:30 AM.
