Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously learn and apply cutting-edge technologies, sharing findings with the broader engineering organization to drive collective growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating expertise in software development.
  • At least 7 years of experience building and delivering enterprise-grade applications, with a strong track record of success.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, design patterns, and software architecture, with expertise in developing scalable, accessible, and internationalized applications.
  • Proficiency in developing applications using JavaScript and mid-tier languages like Java, with experience in cloud environments.
  • Practical experience integrating AI models into applications, evaluating and monitoring AI performance in production environments.
  • Ability to lead AI integration efforts, mentoring other engineers on leveraging AI for business advantage.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and executive teams.
  • Experience collaborating with data scientists, AI researchers, product managers, and cross-functional peers to drive business outcomes.
