AH Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Maintenance Professional. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical and business processes related to CMMS and CCMS systems, as well as experience in process improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure smooth installation with standard configuration and setup.
- Deliver multisite or enterprise GxP solutions, including cloud migration projects and cloud architecture.
- Lead the development and execution of SDLC deliverables such as requirements, system testing, user acceptance testing, traceability matrix, and change management deliverables.
- Organize and participate in discussions with stakeholders to understand technical needs and align technical solutions to maintenance requirements.
- Sponsor adoption of maintenance capabilities by manufacturing sites through regular communication with site-based teams.
- Minimum 5 years of technical analyst experience in the IT industry.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience with GMP Computer System Qualification in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing programs.
- Experience with maintenance systems, including CMMS, CCMS, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
