As a Creative Director, you will oversee the entire showroom operation, from booking projects to delivering results. Your goal is to ensure exceptional customer experiences and lead a team of designers effectively.

You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets through your team's efforts. The target is set at a minimum of six projects per ID or a conversion rate of 40% on provided leads.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales funnel to achieve a high conversion rate, aiming for a minimum of 40%.
  • Ensure timely booking of a minimum of six projects per ID or maintain a 40% conversion rate on leads provided.
  • Create an enjoyable experience for customers in our Experience Center.
  • Oversee project management end-to-end, including delivery, through effective team leadership.
  • Maintain an average customer satisfaction score above 4.
  • Train and support the design team to enhance their sales skills and help them meet their targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in B-Arch or Civil Engineering.
  • At least seven years of work experience in business development and growth.
  • Three or more years of experience in B2C sales and showroom management.
