Executive Director Scale Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director Scale professional to lead our infrastructure and expansion efforts. This role is pivotal in scaling our reach and operational capacity while ensuring accessibility, sustainability, and alignment with our organizational values.

  • Lead planning and execution of new property development and expansion of existing facilities.
  • Conduct feasibility studies including manpower availability, accessibility requirements, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure all premises are designed to be inclusive and accessible for persons with disabilities.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage infrastructure budgets ranging from ₹15–20 Crores with accountability for cost control and value optimization.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, especially in civil works, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with finance and program teams to align infrastructure investments with strategic priorities.

Compliance & Regulatory Approvals:

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of government permissions and statutory requirements for new setups and expansions.
  • Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary approvals and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Maintain documentation and audit readiness across all infrastructure projects.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Build and manage relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and government bodies.
  • Ensure transparent procurement processes and performance monitoring of vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align infrastructure plans with programmatic needs.

People Leadership & Communication:

  • Lead cross-functional teams involved in infrastructure planning and execution.
  • Demonstrate strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Communicate effectively in Kannada and Hindi to engage with local stakeholders and communities.

Preferred Profile:

  • Proven experience in infrastructure development, preferably in multi-site expansion projects.
  • Exposure to civil works, vendor negotiations, and site feasibility assessments.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and government approval processes.
  • Multilingual fluency (Kannada and Hindi) is essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
