About the Role

The QA manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring the QA team to ensure high-quality product delivery
  • Collaborating with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing
  • Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems
  • Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in the software testing field throughout their career across all phases of software development life cycle. They should have exposure to manual and automated testing processes, as well as hands-on experience with various types of testing including end-to-end functional testing, UI/UX, performance, security, architecture, websites, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities

The QA manager will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes to drive quality assurance initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products
  • Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, strategies, and cases for both manual and automated testing processes

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
