As our Cyber Security Director, you will play a critical role in shaping our Information Security Strategy, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and maintaining the trust of our stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Information Security, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies. You will lead a team of professionals, guiding them in their efforts to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing external client and regulatory engagements, including fielding queries, submissions, and benchmarking exercises. You will also coordinate risk assessments, develop residual risk registers, and integrate into Shared Service Integrated Risk Management Framework.
You will work closely with business line / regional CIOs and technology stakeholders to educate and integrate risk management activities in first and second line of defense governance. Additionally, you will coordinate security education & awareness initiatives, partner with Legal, Privacy, and Sourcing teams to manage 3rd party risks, and conduct 3rd Party Assessments.
