Embedded Systems Test Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Embedded Systems Test Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the development and implementation of complex SoCs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality DFT solutions within tight schedules. This includes driving DFT architecture definition and implementation for complex SoCs, working closely with EDA vendors to evaluate, deploy, and optimize DFT tool flows, and automating repetitive tasks using scripting to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

As an Embedded Systems Test Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless DFT integration and collaborate with RTL designers, verification engineers, and physical design teams to deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of DFT architectures and methodologies, including scan insertion & verification, ATPG, MBIST, JTAG / Boundary Scan, and hands-on experience with industry-standard DFT tools and methodologies from Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics (Siemens EDA).
  • Solid understanding of the SoC design cycle, RTL to GDSII flow, and test requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless DFT integration.
