We are seeking a skilled Network Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will contribute to the development of high-quality network observability and co-pilot platforms for lean IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and conduct post-delivery quality verification.
  • A critical aspect of this role is conducting network research to model network behavior by studying SNMP MIBs & responses, CLI outputs, APIs, etc.
  • Another vital responsibility is creating vendor-agnostic abstractions of metrics, network state, and topology for heterogeneous network observability.
  • You will work closely with QA teams to define test cases for product features.
  • Verify if product features meet requirement specifications.
  • Evaluate collected data/metric quality against source of truth (i.e., devices).
  • Automate and verify platform data with developers and QA teams.
  • Contribute to the technical aspects of product wiki and user guides.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in TAC, NOC, or hands-on enterprise network support roles.
  • Experience working in multi-domain networking such as wired, wireless, storage, security.
  • Solid understanding of L2/L3 concepts like VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, and basic SNMP.
  • Experience working with at least 2 different networking vendors.
  • Comfortable using CLI, SNMPwalk/snmpbulkget, or network management tools.
  • Strong interest in understanding how network observability platforms build and use logic.
  • Ability to clearly document findings, use cases, and device behavior.
  • Basic scripting in Python or Bash is a plus.
