We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with over 5 years of experience, specializing in Flask to lead our client's internal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development and be capable of effectively managing projects. This role demands a deep understanding of Python, particularly Flask, to ensure the smooth execution of our client's responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage Python development projects with a focus on Flask.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and fix bugs, and optimize code for maximum performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in Python development.
  • Expertise in Flask framework.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web development.
  • Proficient in database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Previous experience leading a development team or project.
