We're seeking a skilled Territory Service Engineer who will install and maintain instruments and systems in a laboratory environment, providing basic operational training at installation. As a key member of our Service Team-East India, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Modifications (MODs), resolving breakdowns by own capacity or seeking timely support for difficult product issues, and adhering to field service policies, procedures, and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering and experience with In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment, specifically Hematology, Chemistry, or Immunoassay. You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably in English, and be able to work with MS-Office, MS-Teams, and networking basics.

As a Field Service Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide on-site support for our instruments, advancing healthcare and patient support
  • Interact with our team of service professionals and other cross-function teams, enhancing knowledge and customer relationship skills
