We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solution Consultant with expertise in Real Estate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to clients across various industries.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set and achieve job satisfaction while enjoying a fun and collaborative work environment. You will have the chance to work on diverse projects, leveraging your knowledge of SAP RE-FX module to deliver business value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Deep dive into SAP RE and conduct an as-is and to-be analysis covering the whole process from master data handling, contacts, invoicing, and steering model.
- Finance and ITs Real estate processes including new steering model can be implemented and harmonized group-wide (SE/DK/NO) and benefits can be identified and quantified within the new solution not in business case as of today.
- SAP RE-FX specialist with minimum 5 years of experience in real estate.
Requirements
- Specialist shall have experience in working with RE-FX module in SAP S/4 and is expected to have a large knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4 including Fiori.
- Specialist should be able to define and provide recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4.
- RE-FX system configuration, fit-gap analysis, documentation (blueprint, functional specifications etc.), testing, training, go-live, knowledge sharing to relevant IT resources.
- Specialist shall have knowledge on cost controlling in RE-FX module in SAP.
- Specialist is expected to have understanding of SAP FI-CO.
- Specialist shall have a large knowledge base and insight to how SAP RE-FX module is integrated with SAP FI-CO in SAP S/4.
- Specialist should have knowledge of IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations and its implementation within SAP RE-FX.
