Job Description:

We seek an experienced Finance Business Partner to facilitate seamless collaboration between IT and Finance/Procurement teams.

This strategic role demands a deep understanding of finance processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to evaluate initiatives for SAP standard fitment.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP FICO and PS modules, with experience in driving alignment with standard SAP processes and facilitating weekly alignment meetings with Finance leadership.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison between IT and Finance/Procurement stakeholders, partnering with VP Finance and Global Process Owners to intake, prioritize, and deliver finance-related initiatives, and ensuring compliance, governance, and audit readiness for finance systems.

The selected candidate will oversee IT service management (incidents, requests, changes) for Finance/Procurement and collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10–15 years of experience in SAP FICO and PS.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes: AP, AR, GL, Asset Management, Controlling, Project Costing.
  • Proven ability to evaluate initiatives against SAP standards and propose best-fit solutions.
  • Experience as an IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, or Service Manager in Finance/Procurement.
  • Understanding of Procurement and Analytics integration with Finance.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage senior executives.
  • Experience in SAP reporting and analytics (BW, SAC, BI).
