**About the Job**
Are you a seasoned technology leader looking to drive innovation and scalability in a fast-paced environment?
We are seeking a Software Development Manager III to join our team, responsible for ensuring the success of our tax professionals with world-class technology and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage complex tax technology challenges with quick and nimble solutions
* Lead efforts that involve multiple teams and deliver impactful solutions across the organization
* Provide trusted advisory services to customers on high-complexity projects
* Manage requirements, design, build, and rollout solutions
* Support customers through reporting and compliance cycles, mentoring, troubleshooting, and running processes as needed

**Requirements**
* 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams
* 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
* 3+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems
* Strong knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for software development life cycle
* Experience partnering with product or program management teams
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
