Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled frontend developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React and design/UX skills, enabling them to craft high-quality user experiences across various web applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing responsive, pixel-perfect web pages and components using React, translating product and marketing requirements into engaging landing pages and product UI flows, working closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences, defining and maintaining a design system/component library for consistency, prototyping and testing new UX patterns for FileSpin's services, and optimizing performance and accessibility across browsers and devices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–6+ years of experience in frontend development (React, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Chakra).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design/UI skills – ability to take a concept and create polished, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Experience building landing pages and marketing sites (with A/B testing, SEO basics, analytics integration).
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
