Job Title: SAP Concur Consultant

As a seasoned Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Concur Travel and Expense solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, audit rules, and policy settings in SAP Concur to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert support for post-go-live issues, including end-user queries, bug fixes, and system enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Coordinate integration between SAP Concur and SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA) or third-party financial systems to streamline data exchange and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain reports using SAP Concur Reporting (Standard/Intelligence) to provide actionable insights and support compliance reporting.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare functional specifications to ensure that business needs are accurately captured and translated into technical requirements.
  • Perform end-user training and document configuration and process flows to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
  • Ensure expense policies are enforced through audit rules and automation to minimize errors and optimize business processes.
  • Liaise with SAP Concur Support and Product teams for escalations and adoption of new features to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur – Travel & Expense, with a strong understanding of Concur Travel, Expense, and Request modules.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with workflow design, expense policy configuration, and audit rule setup to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Concur integrations with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle) via Concur Connector, APIs, or middleware to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  • Familiarity with Concur Intelligence and Reporting Tool (Cognos-based) to develop and maintain reports and provide actionable insights.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exposure to mobile app configuration and expense reimbursement cycles to enhance user experience and optimize business processes.
  • Knowledge of corporate card integration (e.g., AMEX, VISA feeds) to streamline expense management and reduce errors.
  • Experience with global deployments and multi-currency, multi-country configurations to support diverse business needs.
  • SAP Concur Certification (Travel/Expense) is highly desirable, but not required.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field, with a focus on business analysis, IT, or a related discipline.
