Cloud Leadership Opportunity

A seasoned cloud expert with exceptional leadership skills is required to drive the growth of our cloud services. As a key member of our team, you will lead customer conversations, architect robust cloud systems, and mentor engineering teams to deliver top-notch solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their business pain points and requirements.
  • Translate technical and business requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
  • Act as a strategic consultant, articulating solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead cloud solution design, implementation, and delivery.
  • Mentor and lead technical teams to establish best practices and foster collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement through proactive identification of technology trends and process optimizations.
  • Enable competency development within Ankercloud through workshops and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in cloud architecture with expertise in AWS/GCP.
  • Experience in migrations, modernizations, infra-as-code, containers, DevOps, security, and observability.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience translating customer business needs into architectural decisions.
