We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to design and build an end-to-end automation system for our back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement document automations (receipts, contracts, audit packs, authority forms) to streamline workflows.
  • Create robust Slack command workflows (/receipt, /contract, /auditpack, etc.) for one-click actions.
  • Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM (fields, automations, deal stages).
  • Automate document generation (Google Docs → PDF → email → Drive storage).
  • Integrate DocuSign for seamless e-signature workflows.
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools (PropertyMe/MRI).
  • Route leads from funnels (ClickFunnels/GoHighLevel) and classify them via AI.
  • Build compliance workflows (intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, SLA trackers).
  • Develop dashboards & reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience with no-code automation platforms, strong knowledge of Slack integrations, experience with CRM automation, and familiarity with Google Workspace automation.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with AI-driven automations.
  • Familiarity with Australian property or SMSF compliance.
  • Prior experience building error handling + monitoring dashboards.
