Risk Manager - Operations



Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying, assessing and mitigating operational risks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and reviewing the Risk and Control Self Assessment Framework (RCSA) across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and assessing risks across the organization
  • Establishing and reviewing the RCSA framework
  • Reviewing risk control matrices on a quarterly basis
  • Preparing and presenting heat maps for risk areas
  • Assessing non-credit financial risks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An MBA or CA qualification
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in risk management
  • Prior experience in the BFSI sector is essential
