Junior Architect Job Description

The Junior Architect will be responsible for attending key project meetings, communicating and coordinating with client teams, representatives, and engineers. The role requires analyzing architectural designs and plans, preparing building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents.

  • Attend all key project meetings to communicate and coordinate with the client teams, representatives, and engineers.
  • Review architectural designs and plans, and prepare building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
  • Contribute to concept design, furniture design, finishing details, and detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation and mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • Coordinate interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team, ensuring effective transfer of information between the two.
  • Assist in research and coordination of materials and products, as per project's specifications.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Good imagination and ability to think creatively.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
