Job Overview

The Regional Training Manager is a key role within Beauty Concepts Pvt. Ltd., responsible for implementing the training strategy for the country in collaboration with the regional HQ in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

This role requires a minimum 5 years of experience in retail education, preferably with international brands. Strong communication, organizational, and public speaking skills are essential, as well as the ability to motivate and create a strong team spirit. Fluency in English is mandatory, while French is an added advantage. Proficiency in digital tools and software is also necessary.
