Job Description:

At ScaleneWorks, we are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to join our team. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of all Manual & Automation Testing deliverables, following all test practice guidelines, and contributing to the existing automation test pack by execution and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate the work allocated on test activities and create, modify, and maintain test cases for functional and regression test suites.

• Participate in design discussions for new functionalities and coordinate with stakeholders as needed to understand requirements.

• Investigate technical problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.

• Communicate effectively with team members and all stakeholders of the project.

• Good reporting skills to concerned stakeholders.

• Work with test managers/test leads to improve the return on investment (ROI) of overall functional testing.

• To manage and work in an Agile delivery model.

• Compliance to CMMi level 5 in test delivery.

• Closely work with project managers, business analysts, testers, and development team members on requirements, clarifications, issues to sort out bottlenecks in quality deliverables on time.

• Helping in preparing user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and support for UAT execution.

• Prepare and provide test reports at the end of the release cycle.

• Act as a subject matter expert in the functionality assigned for the project.

• Maintain security, integrity, and business continuity controls and documents.

• Responsibility on quality of the products including performance and security.

• Builds knowledge on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Exposure to test services between integrated systems.

• Good understanding of manual test process and defect management.

• Good understanding of agile life cycle (end to end).

• Good experience in SQL and knowledge of data testing.

• Automation skill using Selenium, C#.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Sales, Marketing, and Service module and testing application built on Microsoft Dynamics.

• Ability to engage in multiple initiatives / implementations simultaneously.

• Experience in non-functional testing is desirable.

• Nice to have performance and security testing experience.
