Senior AI Engineer Position

This is an opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our innovative team as a Senior AI Engineer.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the full lifecycle of our cutting-edge agentic AI solutions, from architectural design and independent implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks, architecting and building robust and scalable backend systems, integrating and managing interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces, and utilizing and optimizing vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  • Experience developing multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and/or containerization technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with local LLM execution and management.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Contributions to open-source AI or agentic projects.
