Production Leader - Molding Department

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize production processes to meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain high productivity levels through effective resource allocation and training.
  • Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of safety and minimize environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a production leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct team members.
  • Technical knowledge of molding processes and materials.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to tackle complex issues.
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan documentation.
  • Proficient in SAP and other relevant software.
  • Hands-on experience with injection molding machines and accessories.
