About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flexcube Banking System Specialist to join our team at LTIMindtree. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong technical skills and experience in core banking systems to contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • To perform requirement analysis and project management for our Flexcube Core Banking Platform.
  • To lead and coordinate projects across business functions, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • To provide expertise on product suites to various audiences, including local business teams, operations teams, business analysts, development teams, and senior management.
  • To maintain current working knowledge of global and regional partners' products, processors, and markets.
  • To review end-to-end operational flows, perform cost analyses, identify redundant processes, and develop holistic solutions to optimize processes and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Detailed understanding of corporate banking products and their life cycle, especially within core banking, treasury, liquidity, payments, and receivables.
  • Good grasp of accounting concepts and bookkeeping ability to define accounting events required to set up business products for the bank.
  • Exposure to AML rules, basic compliance, and risk protocols required by a financial institution.
  • Ability to map end-to-end operational and data flows for banking products using BPM tools like IBM Workflows or TIBCO Business Studio.
  • Experience in documentation, testing, and solution design using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Scaled Agile Product Owner and Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable.
