Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to lead our in-house graphics team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs for educational content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the workflow and assigning tasks to team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Providing guidance and feedback to the graphics team to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Overseeing the creation of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 12+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
