
Entity Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Entity Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing comprehensive reference data setup across multiple platforms, including Diligent, App 2, eFront, and PE AUM Portal.
- Setup and maintain all entities for Alternatives business, including Luxembourg (Lux) entities in Diligent platform.
- Manage ongoing data cleanup and maintenance activities in Diligent platform as required.
- Execute fund structure setup for Alternatives book of business.
- Organize and maintain legal entity documentation for Alternative investments.
- Support fund lifecycle management from inception through wind-down.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
- Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.).
- Proficiency with Diligent Entities platform.
- Experience with fund administration systems (eFront, PE AUM Portal, or similar platforms).
- Advanced Excel skills and database management experience.
