We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Specialist. As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems and technical issues, offering timely solutions, and testing, modifying, automating, and integrating systems.

You will work on a project-based role where you'll enjoy deep involvement throughout the lifespan of a project, as well as the chance to work closely with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing thorough analysis, documenting and diagramming work for seamless hand-off
  • Offering efficient solutions that meet business requirements
  • Identifying and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner
  • Contributing to current projects with expertise and insight
  • Developing long-range strategic plans for IT infrastructure and operational execution

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain certification and qualifications on the job, and continuously grow as a Cloud Hyperscaler. Many of our Infrastructure Specialists are on a path toward becoming either an Architect or Distinguished Engineer.

We are looking for someone who is skilled at what they do, possesses a growth mindset, is customer-focused, and open and borderless in how they work with others.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of total IT experience, including experience in managing KRO BAU activities & ensuring DR readiness all time for supported customers, generating KRO tool reports and manual reports on daily basis, and analyzing for any errors.

We also prefer candidates with in-depth knowledge of Amazon cloud hosting architecture, exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities, familiarity with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
