HSE Expert

Job Title:

As a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of employees and contractors on oil and gas projects in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for company personnel and contractors.
• Coordinate specialized trainings such as confined space, work at height, and defensive driving.
• Develop and implement employee training using various delivery methods and media.
• Analyze root causes of hazards to mitigate risks.
• Communicate effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders to achieve HSE objectives.
• Operate computer systems and Microsoft Office products efficiently.
• Respond promptly in emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years' experience in oil and gas industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce.
• Good command of English language.

Work Environment:

The job will be based in Kuwait, working on oil and gas projects.
