Role Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

  • Perform thorough manual and automation testing to guarantee product quality and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, plans, and scripts to support the development process.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and address potential issues.
  • Utilize tools like JIRA or TestRail to track and resolve defects in an efficient manner.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and deliverables.
  • Work effectively with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to contribute to automation testing efforts.
  • Validate networking-related features and ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM standards.
  • Analyze logs, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest process improvements to enhance overall quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools such as JMeter.
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium is a plus.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript is beneficial.
