Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions both online and offline.

  • Conduct NHT Training in both online and offline modes.
  • Ensure 100% throughput of all NHT Batches.
  • Schedule and conduct refreshers and sharpeners for existing employees.
  • Handle On-the-Job (OJT) Training.
  • Maintain and manage training data.
  • Monitor class attendance and performance records of agents in training.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Ability to understand new business processes.
  • Presentation skills with the ability to deliver content confidently.
  • Coaching and feedback skills required.
  • Ability to motivate others to improve their skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Familiarity with content creation for product and process trainings.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel for compiling training data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
