Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Survey Specialist.

As a Survey Specialist, you will play a key role in formulating, analyzing, and executing strategy for survey operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

  • You will lead teams scattered across large geographical areas and be willing to travel extensively to sites across the country for training, supervising, and supporting teams.
  • You will assist the Manager in managing the teams, maintaining internal quality standards of deliverables, and ensuring the team meets deadlines.
  • You will be proactive in seeking out and learning industry best practices to implement in the team.
  • You will liaise with the Analytics Team and external vendors to ensure technical backend and support systems remain robust and up-to-date.
  • You will analyze data generated by the team to generate quantitative insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Management, or a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, sales, strategy, or consulting fields.
  • Experience with data management tools and G-Suite, along with a willingness to learn.
  • Self-starter with a sense of responsibility to deliver results within expected timelines without regular supervision.
  • Quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with G-suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Fluency in speaking, writing, and comprehending Tamil, English, and Hindi languages.
