Job Opportunity

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead the visual identity of our direct-to-consumer beauty brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Design social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that resonate with our audience.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring innovative campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into creative design concepts.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide direction and feedback.
  • Stay at the forefront of design, beauty, and D2C trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you have knowledge of Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • Strong attention to detail, typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
