We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Manager to drive our data strategy and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Mentor a team of database developers, data engineers, and Business Intelligence professionals.
  • Implement enterprise-level reporting systems, ETL pipelines, and data governance practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in database development and management. At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing data or Business Intelligence teams.
Key Skills
  • Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, indexing strategies, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proficient in ETL tools and data integration platforms (e.g., SSRS, SSIS, Azure Data Lake).
