Technical Leadership Role

Our organization seeks a skilled Frontend Support Team Lead with strong technical and communication abilities to lead our support team.

Key ResponsibilitiesTicket Management
  • Analyze, prioritize, and manage frontend-related support tickets efficiently.
  • Distribute tasks among team members based on their skillset and urgency.
  • Ensure timely resolution and deliver high-quality support services.
Expertise
  • Provide in-depth support for issues related to HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and WordPress.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and debug frontend problems.
  • Assist team members with complex issues and provide technical guidance.
Leadership and Communication
  • Lead and mentor a small team of frontend support specialists.
  • Monitor progress and provide performance feedback to team members.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and quality standards.
Client Relationships
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear, professional correspondence.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
  • Proficiency in WordPress (themes & plugins).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets efficiently.
  • Experience in team coordination and task delegation.
  • Basic knowledge of PHP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a support or ticket-based environment.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks is an asset.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Zoho.
