UX/UI Designer

At the core of our digital presence, we are seeking an exceptional UX/UI Designer to spearhead the creation of user-centric product designs and build engaging websites in Webflow. As a hybrid role, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital experience and ensuring seamless interactions across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive design systems in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Design, build, manage, and continuously optimize our company websites using Webflow, ensuring exceptional performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Architect and implement complex, scalable, and reusable component structures and layouts within Webflow.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
