Senior Print Media Designer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Print Media Designer to spearhead the production of high-quality print media materials, encompassing brochures, catalogs, flyers, and promotional communications.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of designers and quality assurance specialists to create production-ready assets for digital and print media.
  • Create a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity and productivity.

Project Management

  • Oversee the entire production process for all print media materials, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with other departments to guarantee alignment on design projects.

Quality Assurance

  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to guarantee accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Conduct regular sample quality checks on design outputs to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.

Operational Efficiency

  • Develop and implement strategic design operations plans to enhance team productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall project success.
  • Design and implement standardized workflows and processes for print media design projects, from concept to final delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to maintain the team's position at the forefront of design innovation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all design-related inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure effective communication skills (written and oral) to discuss designs/design process with customers.

Team Management

  • Manage and prioritize project resources, including team and timelines.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources without compromising on quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience in graphic design and print media, with extensive experience in creating promotional content.
  • Strong understanding of print media design principles and production processes.
  • Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
