Video Production Specialist Role

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organized and creatively inclined individual to oversee video production logistics. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination, high-quality content creation, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage production schedules to align with organizational timelines.
  • Coordinate end-to-end video production, providing creative direction when necessary.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Oversee the maintenance of production equipment, ensuring its availability and functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in video production logistics and coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve in high-pressure environments.
