Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative professional to join our team as a Visual Communications Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who can bring innovative ideas and expertise in graphic design, advertising, and branding.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visual content that engages audiences and communicates complex messages effectively. They will be responsible for designing and developing creative materials, including ads, websites, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.

  • Gather requirements from various stakeholders and execute on the creatives while organizing them in a centralized drive and sharing with the team in a timely manner.

  • Organize and assign work into a work management tool to ensure transparency and trackability by everyone.
  • Research and develop new ideas and templates to enhance aesthetics and bring variety to our design.
  • Set a consistent tone for each brand and provide details to junior designers to execute.
  • Delegate repeated tasks to relevant members and ensure proper utilization within the team.
  • Collaborate with other teams to get timely design requirements and set processes to complete tasks on schedule for all brands.
  • Raise alarms when work is getting overloaded or priority is confusing.
  • Able to work in a deadline-oriented environment without compromising artistic creativity.
  • Take feedback from Management until brand guidelines are set or team tries a new style.
  • Study brands' social media constantly to understand their aesthetics and brand design evolution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building capacity with clients, partners, and internal teams at different levels in the organization
  • Knowledge of interactive design, including best practices in technology, usability, and user experience
  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Prior experience in design and editing software
  • Degree in Creative or Artistic Discipline
