Lead Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting test systems and designing frameworks to validate microservices and infrastructure across multi-cluster environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Systems Architect:
- Design test frameworks to validate distributed applications
- Create production-like workload simulations, resource scaling tests, and failure injection scenarios - Automation Expertise:
- Lead CI/CD-integrated test automation and embed tests into release pipelines
- Utilize Kubernetes APIs, Helm, and service mesh tools to automate health checks, failover, and network resilience
- Implement infrastructure-as-code to make test environments repeatable, extensible, and easy to manage
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Kubernetes internals, Helm, and service meshes
- Strong scripting skills: Python, Pytest, Bash; comfortable writing reliable test tooling
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger) to analyze failures and performance
- Knowledge of Kubernetes security (RBAC, secrets) and performance testing tools (K6)
- Working experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized CI/CD
- Familiarity with Linux system administration and networking basics
Bonus Points:
- Experience with container runtimes (Docker/containerd)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous delivery methodologies
- Understanding of agile development principles and Scrum framework
