Drive antimicrobial innovation as a microbiologist in our R&D team.

Job Description:

As a microbiologist, you will play a pivotal role in substantiating antimicrobial claims for new projects. Your responsibilities will include driving data generation, analysis, and recommendations around antimicrobial performance of personal care and surface care innovations.

You will work closely with our R&D Microbiology team to unleash the potential of new products across categories, especially personal care and surface care brands.

  • Support New Product Development teams in substantiating antimicrobial claims for new projects.
  • Independently plan and conduct experiments to evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of prototype formulations, finished products as per global and internal standard methods.
  • Contribute towards continuous improvement of R&D laboratory procedures and best practices, recommending minor modifications to existing techniques, processes, systems, or programs.
  • Maintain lab records in compliance with Microbiology Laboratory and Global Quality standards.
  • Liaise with external laboratories in a professional and productive manner to ensure delivery of results on time.
