Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Architecture: Oversee the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.

• System Integration: Integrate systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.

• Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement enhancements for optimal operation and scalability.

• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to industry security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system designs, data flows, and integration points.

• Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience as a system architect or senior developer, with a strong understanding of various technologies.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and mainframe technologies.

• Strong knowledge of DB2, VSAM, TSO/ISPF.

• Experience with batch processing, job scheduling, and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with middleware technologies such as IBM MQ and web services (SOAP/REST).

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Financial Services Experience: Prior experience in the financial services industry.

• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements.

• Innovation and R&D: Experience with innovation and research and development.

Work Environment:

This position requires working from a dedicated delivery center. Occasional on-call support and flexible hours may be necessary to meet business needs.
