Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional end-to-end marketing services. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within an agency or a startup.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and ensure timely delivery, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to timelines.
  • Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to a cross-functional team of marketing professionals, including content creators, graphic designers, SEO specialists, performance marketers, video producers, and web developers.
  • Content Marketing: Drive the development of high-quality, engaging content across various formats (written, visual, audio, etc.).
  • SEO and Performance Marketing: Work closely with our SEO and performance marketing teams to develop and implement strategies.
  • Video Marketing: Oversee the conceptualization, production, and distribution of compelling video content that resonates with target audiences and supports overall marketing objectives.
  • Website Development: Collaborate with our web development team to create and maintain user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing websites that enhance the user experience and support lead generation efforts.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze strategy/campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and provide comprehensive reports and insights to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various marketing disciplines, including content marketing, SEO, performance marketing, video marketing, and website development.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Adaptability and a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on emerging marketing trends and technologies.
